STEP1: Navigate to www.blogger.com using your web browser.
STEP2: Sign in using your Google Account to get started. If you don’t have a gmail account , then create a new one from here.
After that sign in ur account using www.blogger.com
STEP3: After signing in with your google account,on the left side of your dashboard you will find an option to create a new blog.see the picture below
STEP4: Hit that and then give a title to your blog of your choice and then you have to choose a unique address or domain name to your blog.Then choose a default template for your blog and hit on the create button .
STEP5: Now just open your blog that you have created and click on New post and start posting articles of your choice.
