Google Plus Communities
Google Plus had announced two new features for their users,which are Google+ Communities and Snapseed. Yesterday in the Google’s Official blog they said:
“ During the holidays we reconnect with loved ones and rediscover what makes us tick. And it’s times like these that remind me why we started Google+ in the first place: to make online sharing as meaningful as the real thing.
Too often our online tools miss the subtlety and substance of real-world interactions, and Google+ aims to fix this. Fortunately we’ve got a vibrant community to guide us. Today Google+ is the fastest-growing network thingy ever. More than 500 million people have upgraded, 235 million are active across Google (+1′ing apps in Google Play, hanging out in Gmail, connecting with friends in Search…), and 135 million are active in just the stream.
This enthusiasm, we think, stems from our building tools that build real relationships—in a live hangout, around a breathtaking photo, or with an inner circle of friends. So today we’re launching two new improvements that help bring the nuance and richness of real-life sharing to software.”
Google Plus Communities:Google Plus communities includes following features:
- Public or private membership to support all kinds of groups.
- This feature also includes to search conversations and posts which you care most.
- Using this Feature you can plan Events and Hangouts with the community members.
- This features allow to share with your family or friends with just a +1.
They also said that this is only a Preview and it is also comming for Mobiles.

Snapseed:Beatiful Pictures with your mobile device.
Google plus have got an amazing Nik’s Photo editing app(which was an award winning iPad app last year) for the android devices. This app(Snapseed) includes the following features:
- This feature can do Basic adjustments for you such as straighten,Crop and Tune.
- Creative filters like drama, black & white, and vintage that you can apply individually or in combination.
- Control Point technology to selectively enhance your photo—to brighten just a face, for instance, or deepen just the sky.
- This app also allows you to share photos to the social networks.
This free app is rolled out to Google Play and App store. And amazing thing is that it is free.
