Samsung has announced their latest smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2, and the handset has a number of updates over the original Galaxy Grand.
The Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 features a 5.25 inch high definition TFT display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, the device comes with a quad core 1.2GHz processor and 1.5GB of RAM, plus 8GB of built in storage.
Should you need additional storage, the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 features a microSD card slot that offers support for 64GB cards, the handset also comes with front and rear facing cameras.
On the front of the Galaxy Grand 2 we have a 1.9 megapixel camera which is capable of HD video in 720p, on the back there is a full HD 8 megapixel camera with auto focus and an LED flash.
Other specifications on the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 include 802.11 a/b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS + Glonass and USB 2.0, the handset will be available in two colors, black and white.
The Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 also features a 2,600 mAh battery, there will be a dual SIM version of the device, and it will be available in select regions.
As yet Samsung has not announced which countries the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 will be available in, and they have not revealed any details on pricing, as soon as we get more information.
